Where can I buy a ticket?

You can buy a bus ticket directly from​ Karat-S’ website​.

  1. Open ​Karat-S’ website
  2. Pick a destination and a date
  3. Select the most convenient date and/or affordable price to your destination.
  4. Enter your name, phone, and email address. You can also enter a promo code or your loyalty card to further lower the price of the bus ticket
  5. Pay with your credit card.
How do I buy a ticket online?

Buying a bus ticket online is a very easy and fast process.

  1. Open Karat-S’ website
  2. Pick a destination and a date
  3. Select the most convenient date and/or affordable price to your destination.
  4. Enter your name, phone, and email address. You can also enter a promo code or your loyalty card to further lower the price of the bus ticket.
  5. Pay with your credit card.

Please, print your ticket before your departure and show it to the bus driver when you are boarding the bus.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email after I've bought my ticket?

Please, wait 10 minutes and double check your Inbox (you should also check your Spam folder). If you still haven't received your ticket, please contact our customer support center at reservations@eurolines.bg

Can I cancel or change the date of my ticket?

To cancel your ticket, please visit the following page.

What should I do if I've lost my ticket?

Simply open your email and print another copy. If you've lost your confirmation email, you can contact us at reservations@eurolines.bg

Where can I see the bus schedule?

Go to the​ home page​, select a destination and a date and you will see the schedule for all available busses.

Can I board/exit the bus at a stop that is not listed on the bus's route?

Boarding/exiting the bus at stops different than the officially selected is strictly prohibited. Always use the official stops.

Can I travel with my pet?

Unfortunately, traveling with pets is not allowed due to the risk of a severe allergic reaction in some of the other passengers.

How much luggage can I bring?

There’s two types of luggage: the one you take on board with you and the one that needs to be stored in specific compartments. It is highly recommendable to store valuable items in your carry-on luggage since they will be safer there. Also, taking your tablet or laptop on board with you, generally makes the time pass much faster. A rule of thumb is that the carry-on luggage should be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment of the bus or under the seat in front of you.

When it comes to larger luggage items such as suitcases or oversized back bags, then they can usually be stored beneath the passengers’ cabin.

I forgot my luggage on the bus. What should I do?

If you forgot your luggage on the bus, please contact our customer support center at reservations@eurolines.bg or by phone: +359 2 812 0 810, stating your name, departure and arrival times, and a description of the luggage.
